The natural shield for cough, colds and sickness for sunny and rainy season

More fruits are naturally for strengthening our resistance against sickness, cough and colds and diseases.  These fruits are classified to citrus fruits rich in vitamin C.


To be protected the following fruits must be eaten or prepared as fruit juices.
1. Kalamansi fruits, lemon, dayap, grapefruit (suha), oranges
  guava, banana, mango, pineapple, kamias, tamarind, grapes, apple, dalandan etc.  (select  at least one available  everyday as juice or food.)
 Naturally prepared  juices  are free from chemical food  enhancer and chemical preservatives.
2. intake of vitamin C 500 mg daily .
3. unsweetened pineapple juice.(recommended)  (not necessary if  no.1 and 2 are available.)
