Indigestion often the problem due to different situations that may cause the failure of our stomach to produce sufficient hydrochloric acid to subside eaten foods. Feelings you're having a stomach problem and may also lead to loose vowel movement.
Problems due
1. poor secretion of hydrochloric acid in our stomach
2. stomach accumulated sweet foods, soft drink that is more on sugar contents,
3. old age
4. on recovery from illness, weak health conditions
5. raw meat, not tenderly cooked meat,
6. solid foods not properly chewed etc.
7. drinking lots of water while eating and after eating.
Since it's already in our stomach the best thing to do is to increase natural acid content in our stomach. The insufficient acids may be due to neutralized by sweet foods, neutralizing fluid like water.
What to do: select only one method
1. drink beer, good for digesting raw foods (party
2. wine (party)
3. soft drinks that are sour in taste like lemon juice
4. vinegar (recommended for adults) about 3 table spoon or less
5. unsweetened pineapple juice (recommended)
6. sour fruits like unripe mango, tamarind, fresh slice pineapple (with sour taste) (recommended)
Lastly, its good to drink less water after eating waiting for the eaten foods to subside in our stomach
then drink water.
