How to make your skin free from pimples in natural ways ·

      There's a saying that if you can't control pimples even after the age of adolescence up to the age 30's, the pimples will still be productive up to the rest of our lives. Many may disagree but these could be the case specially to those conscious of pimple free skin, as asset for  office workers, TV personality, models etc. . Free from pimples will make us confident, pleasing and attractive to others. People free from pimples are so calm, friendly and in the group.

      I got the same problem of pimples before until I discovered simple secrets that must be done, lifestyle in eating, personality , health habits , improving the condition of our immune system and aware allergic reaction of commercial soaps and cosmetic products that irritate the face with pimples. It even grows at  neck, and at your back.
 
      So the article is helpful for those suffering with endless love of pimples. How do we eliminate them naturally without drugs, ointments, facial   making our skin repellant,  shielded from tiny organisms that clogging the pores of the skin causing pimples. 
 
The following are the requirements to solve the problem:

1. For the foods must be low in salt  that if you taste any of these foods like you're in the therapy of kidney  diet. But that helps in  improving your immune system by the way that you maximize the cleansing of  the blood stream through the kidneys acting as toxin strainer. These salts cover MSG, preservatives  to enhance the taste and prolonging the life shelf of canned foods, junk foods  etc. 
 
For those not suffering from pimples its okay  to eat foods with  normal salt content. But health wise avoid too salty in taste.




2. Eat plenty of natural foods fresh from nature. Eat fruits and vegetables. Proven good for our health and strengthen our defense  mechanisms. Eventually, for healthy skin.

3. Less sugar intake.  Instead of softdrinks, go for water therapy. Remember your cleansing diet is  in session. No pain no gain. Time frame , success takes time,  not instantly. Make it a habit.  The alternative drinks could be fresh fruits juice drinks,  lemonade drinks, citrus drinks., coconut juice drinks etc.  Avoid ice cream, candies, sweet preserves, cake (do eat the sweet toppings, icings etc.). Prepare coffee, milk and other drinks low sugar. What's the taste not pleasant, the taste of therapy  as in diabetic condition.

4. Always have your handkerchief  for the face.  Dry our face when sweating with handkerchief, towel that you personally own.  Avoid holding your face, with bare hands in habitual manner.
5. Use only hypoallergenic soap used  for baby when pimples are active and irritated, reddish. It can be shifted to normal soap if pimples disappeared totally.
6. Have a nice sleep everyday. 
7. It's okay for fatty foods.
8. stop pimple medication with allergic reactions to   your face.  Sweeling, rushes on face.
9. Not sweating for the whole week. Have an exercise to release some toxin in your body at least once a week. 
10. Don't be conscious about your pimples, calm yourself. Sooner, lessen one by one so you let  it go, with pimple free skin.   
 11. Drink at least 8 glasses of water  a day .
