Simple foods and activities that makes a glowing and healthy skin

      Babies need milk for their development  so even grown up, adults,  and older needs milk for glowing and healthy. Why?  we want to become younger, stronger and healthy.
   
1. Milk helps in the deteriorating bone structure and wrinkle free skin. It helps making your skin firmer, younger and shining skin. But honestly, we can not stop aging.
       According to God's Word in the book of Genesis ''you positively (+)  die " ( we're aging onward) curse for disobeying God's Word.  But hope and give importance for God' gift for us (John 17:3).
2. Fruits like grapes and apples makes the skin firm and glowing . It may cost a lot but see what it give to our health.
3. Anyway other fruits provides  an alternative source for healthy skin.
4. Free ourselves from smoking
5. Exercise and check your sweet smile at the mirror always.
6. Include vegetables in daily diet.
