The natural shield for cough, colds and sickness for sunny and rainy season

More fruits are naturally for strengthening our resistance against sickness, cough and colds and diseases.  These fruits are classified to citrus fruits rich in vitamin C.


To be protected the following fruits must be eaten or prepared as fruit juices.
1. Kalamansi fruits, lemon, dayap, grapefruit (suha), oranges
  guava, banana, mango, pineapple, kamias, tamarind, grapes, apple, dalandan etc.  (select  at least one available  everyday as juice or food.)

How to remedy indigestion of foods in fast foods, party, at home without taking medicines

Indigestion often the problem due to different situations that may cause the failure of our stomach to produce sufficient hydrochloric acid to subside eaten foods. Feelings you're having a stomach problem and may also lead to loose vowel movement.

Problems due
1. poor secretion of hydrochloric acid in our stomach
2. stomach accumulated sweet foods, soft drink that is more on sugar contents,
3. old age
4. on recovery from illness, weak health conditions
5. raw meat, not tenderly cooked meat,
6. solid foods not properly chewed etc.
7. drinking lots of water while eating and after eating.

Since it's already in our stomach the best thing to do is to increase natural acid content in our stomach. The insufficient acids may be due to  neutralized by sweet foods, neutralizing fluid like water.

1. drink beer, good for digesting raw foods (party

      Babies need milk for their development  so even grown up, adults,  and older needs milk for glowing and healthy. Why?  we want to become younger, stronger and healthy.
   
1. Milk helps in the deteriorating bone structure and wrinkle free skin. It helps making your skin firmer, younger and shining skin. But honestly, we can not stop aging.
       According to God's Word in the book of Genesis ''you positively (+)  die " ( we're aging onward) curse for disobeying God's Word.  But hope and give importance for God' gift for us (John 17:3).

      There's a saying that if you can't control pimples even after the age of adolescence up to the age 30's, the pimples will still be productive up to the rest of our lives. Many may disagree but these could be the case specially to those conscious of pimple free skin, as asset for  office workers, TV personality, models etc. . Free from pimples will make us confident, pleasing and attractive to others. People free from pimples are so calm, friendly and in the group.

      I got the same problem of pimples before until I discovered simple secrets that must be done, lifestyle in eating, personality , health habits , improving the condition of our immune system and aware allergic reaction of commercial soaps and cosmetic products that irritate the face with pimples. It even grows at  neck, and at your back.
 
      So the article is helpful for those suffering with endless love of pimples. How do we eliminate them naturally without drugs, ointments, facial   making our skin repellant,  shielded from tiny organisms that clogging the pores of the skin causing pimples. 
 
The following are the requirements to solve the problem:

10. Don't be conscious about your pimples, calm yourself. Sooner, lessen one by one so you let  it go, with pimple free skin.   
 11. Drink at least 8 glasses of water  a day .
